This doll was made solely by me in a workshop given by Annie Brombel who was the doll designer. I have named her "Belinda". This doll has no commercial pattern yet.

This is a doll that was done in a workshop with Patti Medaris Culea. She has a lot of dying on the body. Her face is hand painted rather than sculpted. Her name is "Sunita".

She was made up of two patterns that I juggled around with. One was Julie McCullough's Blossum and the body and legs were from Patti Culea's Stargaze pattern. The clothing however was from an authentic Japanese Doll Kimona Book that belongs to another wonderful local doll maker and designer Peggy Wilson.
Since I don't read Congee and neither does Peggy, we tackled the process via pictures and metric measurements only. It was a great challenge and needless to say I am very happy with the final outcome. I have named her Asian Beauty.
